Ok, I’m at it again. With the summer heat we are having I’ve been dreaming of more iced coffee drinks. Today, it’s all about the Frappuccino. It’s so easy to feel tempted to stop by Starbucks everyday and get an ice blended mocha frappuccino. But, at $5 a pop, that can definitely take a hit to your pocketbook. Trust me, I’ve had to cut back on all my trips. Yikes!
Luckily, for me and for you, I have a recipe that will knock your socks off! This is the ABSOLUTE BEST ice blended mocha frappaccino recipe you will ever try! And do you know why? It’s the secret ingredient – the powdered whipped topping – I used Dreamwhip but you could use any powdered whipped topping that you might find in your grocers baking aisle.
Why is it the secret ingredient? It creates such a ultra rich and creamy addition to this blended drink that is the missing ingredient to ALL the other recipes you find out there. Oooo, this is good.

As a base, you might want to check out my recipe for cold brew coffee but, feel free to use cooled brewed coffee. Also, you could easily make a bigger batch of the powdered ingredients and use it for multiple batches. Wow, I love this recipe!
