Feeding 4 kids dinner that everyone likes is a tough job. I am not one of those mom’s that will make 5 different meals between 4 teens and 2 adults (Sean’s not picky, I can feed him anything). Also, keeping the ones that are hungry all the time (ahem – Grant) is a daunting task. So, I’ve come to rely on some recipes that are not only customizable to each kids tastes (I love tomatoes. No tomatoes for me! How is a mom to win!) but they need to be protein heavy, fast-food like AND I need to be able to make them in under 30 minutes (because really, the last thing I want to do after a long day at work is to slave over the stove). So, here you go. The kids top 10 recipe picks. I am guaranteed to get absolutely no complaining if I make one of these meals. Now, there’s the win for mom.
1. Homemade Crunch Wrap Supreme
(Yes, just like Taco Bell). Seriously, our kids favorite meal.

2. Chicken Lettuce Wraps (PF Chang’s in the house!)
I love this meal because it can be made in 15 minutes. Plus, it’s easy to increase proportions to feed more mouths.

3. Peruvian Lomo Saltado
The kids love this because there are french fries right in the dish.
To make this a super easy meal during the week, I use frozen french fries (baked in the oven) and omit the green sauce.

4. Chipotle Bowls
Yes, I realize now that all the kids favorite meals revolve around fast food meals. Hey, whatever gets them to eat at home!

5. Chicken Pot Pie
Analiese’s favorite meal. Hands down. If this isn’t on the calendar once a month I hear about it. Over. And over. Good thing this meal is easy to double and have one in the freezer as back up. Once you add the baking into this, it actually takes longer than 30 minutes, but, I can get other things done while it’s in the oven. Making two at once makes this a time saver on another night.

6. Pulled Pork Sliders
Love making this in the crockpot or even better, the instaPot. Served on cute slider buns and a package of coleslaw from the produce section makes this a great dinner for those sports nights.

7. Baked Chicken Tenders
I’m not quite sure when kids grow out of loving chicken tenders, but my teens haven’t. Easy go to meal when I’m not sure what to make for dinner. I always seem to have these ingredients in the house.

8. Ina’s Meatloaf
This is the perfect meatloaf for a fall or winter meal. I usually phase this out as we get closer to summer, but so far, none of them have gotten tired of this one. OK, this is another great meal to make a double recipe and put one in the freezer for another day. Baking it as directed results in a 1 hour bake time, BUT if you cook these in cupcake tins in individual servings it only takes 20 minutes in the oven.

9. Chicken Tortilla Soup
Another awesome crock pot meal. I even skip the spice mix and just throw in packaged taco seasoning to add the flavor.

10. Sheet Pan Steak and Veggies
This is a great easy meal because you just throw everything on a pan, season it and throw it in the oven. If you use whole red potatoes you will need to parboil too, but i usually parboil them while I am cutting up my broccoli and seasoning the meat.
